What if i return a damaged item?2023-04-04T15:55:11-06:00

MER encourages our Clients to return all products despite the degree of damage. Mistakes happen – hence why MER extends an 8% Damage Protection Insurance (DPI) option to all rental contracts. Unless declined, DPI protects our Clients from loss of products with signs of damage or products that will no longer be of optimal use. DPI does not cover items that are “missing” or not returned. Do I need to wash catering equipment or dishes/cutlery?2021-06-05T10:44:07-06:00

To avoid additional charges, all catering equipment should be rinsed and free of food before returned. Also, we ask that all plates be scraped and rinsed, all cutlery rinsed and glassware be returned without liquids still in them.

Do you have a cancellation policy?2021-06-05T10:41:35-06:00

Yes. Outside of 2 weeks prior to your event, you can receive a full refund with the exception of 5% of your order or a minimum of $35. Within 2 weeks of your event date, a full cancellation charge will apply. Please note, we require 45 days notice to cancel specialty items such as tents, concession equipment or items we have subcontracted from outside vendors.

Yes. Any rental equipment that would require instruction on setting up or operation will come with instructions. If you have additional questions, please contact our team today.

Do we need to wash linen before it is returned?2020-04-14T16:30:40-06:00

No. Linen just needs to be shaken to remove any loose debris and can be returned in the shipping container / laundry bag provided. Wet linens should not be placed in plastic bags or sealed containers as it will begin to mold within hours and could result in costly replacement charges.

What happens if I cannot return on time?2020-04-14T16:36:05-06:00

Simple! Contact us as soon as you know you cannot return on time. We can check availability to see if your order can be extended a day or make arrangements to have our delivery crew to pick-up your order.

Delivery and pick-up depends on the time window you require, the location of the delivery site and the labour required onsite. Check out delivery fees

Our rental inventory is constantly expanding, so if you cannot find what you are looking for, please contact us and we will see what we can do to source what you need either by purchasing or by referring you to one of our industry partners.

My event is on the weekend. If I pick-up Friday and return on Monday, do I pay for more than one day?2021-06-05T10:47:37-06:00

Nope! Weekend rentals are typically from Friday to Monday, however should you require a longer rental time due to out of town events or other reasons, contact us to check your dates versus our availability.

When I’m ready to book, what do I need?2020-04-14T16:29:09-06:00

We require a  valid credit card and a 50% deposit to reserve your order. The balance is due two weeks prior to delivery or customer pick-up.   Also, a signature on the quote to tell us the quote is correct and that you agree to our Rental Terms & Conditions.  That’s it!
